Take a deep breath in and let it go, one more time, ...feeling better already?  Paying attention to our breath, immediately calms us and brings us back to the present.  Breath is one of the most important tools we use in yoga, to keep us centered and in the moment.  Use the tools you have on and off your mat.  You have all you need.
