We are always so quick to criticize ourselves when we haven't done enough, we haven't done it right, we forgot something, or screwed something up.  When is it ok to give ourselves a break?  Start now!  Think of something you've done right, made someone's day, helped out a friend, cooked dinner for your family, smiled at a stranger.  Give yourself a pat on the back, an internal high five, tell yourself you've done good, you are good, and all that you are is good.  You are enough, you give enough, you do enough... every second of every day.  Celebrate where you are, where you've been, and where you are going!
