Gratitude

Practice daily gratitude... catching yourself in times of struggle, and focusing on something you're grateful for, can change your perspective, change your day, change your world.   Just noticing, bringing attention to our thoughts, struggles, fears, and turning them into appreciation and gratitude can bring us the calm we may be searching for.   It is in the little things that we experience the big moments...the "ahas" !
