Meditation is so beneficial...you've heard it before.  You know you 'should' take 5-10 minutes a day and start a practice today.  Yet, many of us hesitate.  We don't see the instant benefits, and therefore, we keep putting it off.  Giving yourself 5-10 minutes a day, slowly increasing to even 30-60 minutes a day, will change your life.  Start with small steps, trust the process, and watch your stress levels lower, self awareness increase, more happiness on the inside, more focus, patience and so on.  It starts with just 5 minutes.... everyone has 5 minutes.
